As part of my application for employment, I authorize GSRC to verify my past employment, education, and obtain references and confirm any information provided on my application or submitted to GSRC.                                                 2. GSRC has the right to require a drug test at any time during my employment.   Failure to pass a drug test or refusal to take a drug test will be grounds for termination.                                     3.
