2022 Be Creative Pre-Camp Questionnaire
This is NOT a registration form. It's short survey that helps our BeCre staff get to know our future campers better and gives us some information as to how we can provide the most enjoyable experience for everyone.

Here's the thing: BeCre has been around for over 15 years and our staff has planned over 25 weeks of camp... but no two weeks have ever been the same. Each year is shaped by the interests and the actions of the campers. This survey helps us get a glimpse at who you are and your unique interests, so we can help to plan a fun week for you!

We hope you're excited about coming to BeCre! Whether you're new to the world of BeCre or a BeCre lifer, our world of creativity will have something to offer you. We hope you will embrace the opportunity for a life-changing week with an enthusiastic attitude, because the best weeks are the ones that the campers put energy into. You may not know how a song will end, the words to a poem, or what colors to paint on a blank canvas — but they'll never be there if you don't give it a little try. It might be a slow start (and that's okay), but when the week is over, we think you'll be itching to come back.

Do you have any worry or anxiety about camp this year you'd like to share with us? If so, feel free to put them below, and we'll do our best to help alleviate or address your stresses at the beginning of camp.
Lastly, We ask that all of our campers take the NO PHONE PLEDGE. A few years ago, the staff of Be Creative Camp noticed that phones were causing more and more of a problem each year as our world becomes more digital. Phones keep campers from being completely invested in the week and getting the full, true experience of a week of Be Creative Camp. As a staff, we believe that camp is meant to be a retreat from your normal daily life. Further, BeCre thrives when everyone that attends gives the week their undivided attention. Therefore, we want to encourage you to leave your devices at home or in the dorms at all times if necessary. There will always be ways of communicating in the case of an emergency, and each staff member will have an alarm clock to wake their group up in the mornings, so we hope that there will be no need for anyone to bring their phone to camp. If there are special circumstances, we ask that you reach out to the camp dean. Otherwise, by checking the box below, you agree to give the week your heart and mind's full focus, leaving your cell phone at home or in the dorms. *
