Please enter the total number of tables that you would like to open up for reservation. For example, if your business has 20 total tables, but you would only like to open 10 of them for reservations, please enter 10.

For each day selected above, please list all time ranges during which you would like to accept reservations.

For example: If "Every 15 minutes" is selected, from 12pm, this will enable customers to reserve at 12:00pm, 12:15pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm, etc.

For parties larger than this number, guests will need to contact the restaurant to make a reservation.

Please record the number of tables of each type. For example, an x person table can seat at most x people, so please only include it in the x person table count. Please ensure not to double count the available tables. The sum of all the table counts in this section should be equivalent to the total number of tables available to reserve filled out in the previous section.

For example: If you would like to allow all 2 person tables to be booked by a party of 1 or 2, all 4 person tables to be booked by a party of 3 or 4, all 6-person tables to be booked by a party of 4, 5 or 6, then please enter:
