Online courses require more reading than a typical face-to-face course. All directions, lessons and assignments are provided through text.

Depending on grade level, online learning requires at least 4-5 hours per day. As a parent/guardian, you must provide an optimal learning environment and daily monitoring to support successful student learning. The parent must be comfortable with technology to monitor progress.
