AMS Vision Statement - Stakeholder Input
As we begin our journey as a new Middle School, it is very important for us to develop a strategic plan.  Part of developing this plan is to create a school vision statement.  A vision statement describes where we hope to see our school in the future.

According to the Task Force on Developing Research in Educational Leadership (2003) schools must have a vision that all staff members recognize as a common direction of growth, something that inspires them to be better. An effective vision allows our parents, teachers and students to clearly understand the direction we are headed. We invite you to take this survey as we begin to develop our school's strategic plan.  Once we have developed a vision for AMS, we will seek input from all stakeholders on how we achieve our vision by developing our mission statement. Thank you!
