HTC's "Chris Bradshaw Award for Healthy Transportation" Mini-Grant Application Form
Healthy Transportation Coalition members have decided to spend 50% of our membership contributions on local healthy transportation projects that can make a real impact in Ottawa and/or Gatineau. Members are welcome to submit applications for funding to support projects or advocacy efforts, which are voted on by the rest of the membership using a preferential voting system.

This form is for the 2019-2020 application year -- our sixth year of MiniGrants!  *Applications are due April 30, 2020 at 5pm.*

Reporting Requirements
Successfully funded projects will be required to:

Submit receipts for expenses by December 31, 2020.
Finish the activities of the projects by December 31, 2020.
Provide a 2 page report about their project to the Coalition, for use on the website, in promotional materials, and more. (We’d love to see photos or video too, but it’s not required!)

Please note: final payment may be withheld until reporting requirements have been met.
