The Society of Professional Journalists Georgia Pro Chapter has set aside a fund to award five journalism college students in the state of Georgia with a book written by bestselling investigative journalists.
The purpose of the SPJ Georgia Student Book Fund is to provide aspiring journalists with inspiration to pursue the craft of investigative storytelling. The SPJ Georgia Board has selected five titles that display incredible acts of journalism and ethical challenges that journalists face in pursuit of the truth.

You do not need to be a student member of SPJ Georgia to apply. You must be enrolled in a Georgia college or university upon applying. This award is open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. If selected, SPJ Georgia will contact you to receive your mailing address and have the book mailed to you.
