42nd Annual WALK FOR OPPORTUNITY
10 Kilometer Walk, Run, Bike or Skate

Starting Time:  10 a.m.
Start/Finish: Twin Cities Area and Sattelite Locations (TBD)
All participants are asked to raise at least $25 and turn in the contributions on or before the day of the walk.
Everyone participating should submit this form as soon as possible but not later than August 27, 2023.
All contributions should be sent to the National Federation of the Blind of Minnesota, Walk for Opportunity, either online  or to 100 E. 22nd St., Minneapolis, MN 55404. 
Everyone participating in any NFB of MN event must abide by the NFB's Code of Conduct (www.nfb.org/code-conduct).
If the participant is under 18 years of age, this Entry Form must be completed by parent or guardian.

Where will you participate? *
Our main location this year will be in the twin cities around lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake Harriet. We also welcome participants who are not able to join us at the primary location but will walk in other parts of the state.
How will you participate: *
Indicate here whether you plan to be a walker or a checkpoint worker. Checkpoint workers wait at certain points in the route to give out snacks and water and do other helpful tasks.
Do you know of any businesses that might be interested in being sponsors for the walk?
This year we have tiered corporate sponsorship opportunities. If you have contacts at a business you think we should approach, let us know and we'll contact you.
