Bazaar StallHolder Application
Thank you for your interest in holding a stall at a Free Spirit Dance Community Event!!
We will supply a space approx 1.5m squared with a table and two chairs.
As a valued stall holder that you are responsible for:
- supplying your own additional equipment - hanging racks etc,
- the set up and pack down of the stall.
When we have received your submitted form, we will contact you to notify you of acceptance of your application and then invoice you a stall holder ticket. This includes free entry for 2 people to staff the stall. Please advise us of your assistant's name for our door divas. We also request that you be fully set up before the doors open and stay open until the end of intermission.
PLEASE READ:
* If you are intending to sell your costumes, you must be a registered member of Free Spirit (you can join on our website) OR have your own Public Liability covering your performance/dancing business
* If you are a business wishing to sell your products, you will be required to forward us a copy of your Public Liability.
*Please do not sell perishable food items unless you are equipped to do so.
*No drinks of any kind are to be sold - the venue is licenced.
