AASD Coach Registration
Wisconsin 4-H COVID Programming Guidelines require each participant to register separately for an event for contact tracing purposes.  AASD youth participants MUST register through 4HOnline (https://4h.extension.wisc.edu/opportunities/statewide-events-and-opportunities/area-animal-science-days/ for participant registration details).

We must also track all adults who are present at the events.  We are asking coaches to register through this Google form so that we have your contact tracing information.  We are also hoping  to use this information to help coaches confirm that all their youth participants are registered in 4HOnline.

If you are registering for Livestock and Dairy contests in Jefferson county, you will need to complete a new form for each contest.
