COVID Safety Plan for Non-affiliated Programs

Student interested in studying with a non-CofC Program during must submit a COVID Safety Plan to the Center for International Education to be reviewed on a case by case basis.

The CIE will review each COVID Safety Plan and must be approved by Sarah Simmonite, Associate Director for the Center for International Education, and Mark Del Mastro, Associate Provost for Academic and International Programs which will be considered part of the student's Petition to study with a non-affiliated program.

Should a student’s Petition be approved, they must complete all the required steps for studying with an affiliate program including but not limited to submitting their application in ViaTRM, completing the course approval process and all required post-acceptance forms.

Incomplete responses to the COVID-19 Safety Plan will result in the Petition being denied.
