REGISTRATION: Crucial Conversations
NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2022 SESSION
Please complete this form to register for the Crucial Conversations course.

Dates & Times:
Mondays, November 28, December 5, 12, & 19, 2022 from 1 to 4 pm
  • Participants are expected to be present and interactive for all sessions
  • This course is HIGHLY INTERACTIVE - you will be working with a partner, as well as in group conversations and role playing. 
  • Enrollment is limited to the first 30 registrants - you will be notified when you are enrolled or put on the waitlist.
  • Your campus has agreed to pay for your participation - please plan to attend for the full virtual sessions.
Location:
Virtual via Zoom.

Crucial Conversations Materials:
- Participants have a choice of either a digital copy or hard copy of the book and workbook.
- Participants will be working in the workbook during the sessions.
- If you choose a digital copy, please bring your computer with you to both sessions.

Additional Notes:
- Please contact Charlene if you have any questions about the digital or hard copy - once you have been given the digital code or you accept the hard copy materials, you are unable to switch to the other.
- Due to how LVAIC is charged for the materials, each participant may have one or the other, unfortunately not both.
- Again, your institution has already agreed to pay the $200 for your participation.
