Application to Volunteer at the 2024 Wild Wonder Nature Journaling Conference
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2024 Wild Wonder Nature Journaling Conference! We are looking forward to a great online event again this year. If you have not already done so, please review this page for more information on our 2024 event.

This year's event will be held online September 18-22, 2024, from 8am-9pm Pacific time each day.

>>>>  APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 30, 2024. We will notify all applicants by July 15.

Selected volunteers will be asked to commit to working as moderators for a minimum of three time slots during the event. If selected, you will receive a comp pass to enjoy the rest of the live event for free, and you will have access to the event videos through April 2025. 

Selected volunteers MUST have experience with the Zoom platform and work comfortably online. A desktop or laptop computer is required due to lack of certain features for moderators on tablet or phone, and a reliable and high speed internet connection is also required. 

By filling out this application, you are agreeing to our application Terms & Conditions (below). If selected, you will also be asked to sign additional terms related to media releases and codes of conduct.

  • I have Zoom experience and will have access to a computer (no tablets / phones) with video, microphone, and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

  • I understand that many people will be relying on me and I will commit to attending practice / training sessions and showing up on time for my volunteer sessions if selected.

  • If selected, I am able to attend the rest of the event and view the video archive through April 2025.

  • I understand the sessions will be recorded and if I appear on video, I will agree to the terms of media release for the conference.
