This form will be used to register for our summer recreational activities.  Please complete each section your child(ren) will be participating in.  Please track the registration amounts, and enter the total at the bottom of the form.  Checks should be made payable to Adrian Community Education.  They can be dropped off at the high school or district office, mailed to the school, or brought to the first practice.
