Youth Busking Competition EOI
Hosted with a full PA at Anderson Park (Young), local youth (14 to 25 years) will have the opportunity to literally plug in and play. Solo’s, duo’s and trio’s are invited to apply for a 20 minute set to go in the running to win some great prizes!

Prizes: People’s Choice Award - $200 & Highly Commended - $100 (in the form of visa gift cards)

Expressions of interest will be accepted until 5pm Thursday 27th April 2023. No incomplete or late applications will be considered. Participants must be aged between 14 to 25 years. Applying does not automatically guarantee your inclusion. Applicants are strongly advised to read the General Conditions prior to completing and submitting their application.

Performers will have access to the following technical equipment:
❖ Sound system with operator;
❖ 3 x microphones with 5 (five) metre leads; 
❖ 3 x microphone stands; 
❖ 1 x DI input for keyboard
❖ 2 guitar leads   

Performers are to provide the festival organiser/technician with a copy of the backing track (music) to accompany their performance on MP3 file format or ready to go via Bluetooth. No other format will be accepted.  

If performers require additional electrical equipment, including instruments they will have to supply their own. There will be no soundchecks.
