HLC Lifelong Learners Scholarship Application (2024)
Thank you for your interest in Have Live Church's Lifelong Learners Scholarship!  Please follow the instructions below and complete this application in its entirety.  

You must submit application through this form only.  Applications may NOT be submitted to members of the scholarship team directly. All materials are to be submitted no later than Friday, April 13th at 11:59 PM to be considered for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Late and incomplete applications will not be accepted.  

Requirements:  

Must be a member of Have Life Church in good standing.  
Must be enrolled or currently enrolling in a 4-year undergraduate program, 2 year associate program or trade school for the upcoming 2024-2025 fall semester. Proof of enrollment will be required before any funds are disbursed.  
Must be available for a Zoom interview as a part of the application process the week of April 22nd.

Additional documents required:
1. A recent headshot. Submission this of photo gives Have Life Church permission to use your likeness on the website.
2.  Three letters of reference attesting to your character, personality, student achievement(s) and
activities, leadership qualities, and community service. These letters should be from:
A. Teacher, counselor, or school administrator (At least one letter must be from this individual)
B. Church Leader (No more than one letter can be from this individual)
C. Community Leader
D. Advisor/director of an organization you belong to
E. Employer
