It's time to renew your Leadership West Bend Alumni Association Membership! 

Your Leadership West Bend Alumni Association membership and volunteer participation allows this program to thrive. Thank you so much to all the Leadership West Bend Alumni and we hope to have you a be a part of the Leadership Alumni West Bend Association. 

For this year, the Alumni Association renewal period will be open from Tuesday, January 9- Friday, May 17, 2024. Your renewal process must be completed no later than Friday, May 17, 2024 for your contact information to appear in the digital LWB Alumni Association Directory that will be sent out in June 2024. 

Your Leadership West Bend Alumni Association membership includes:

1. An invitation for FREE attendance to the April Leadership West Bend Alumni Association Social.
2. An invitation to assist the LWB Alumni Board in planning program session days.
3. Qualifies you to submit a nominee for the Betty Pearson Community Leadership Award presented each year at LWB Graduation.
4. Qualifies you to vote in the Betty Pearson Community Leadership Award selection.
5. Qualifies you to serve on the Leadership West Bend Alumni Association Board of Directors*.
6. An annual emailed copy of the LWB Alumni Association Directory.
7. Your name will be in the printed LWB Alumni Directory given out at the Class of 2025 Graduation.
8. Bi-Monthly LWB e-newsletter, starting in June of 2024.

*Members of the LWB alumni Board of Directors must 1. Be a member of the Association, 2. Be a member in good standing with the West Bend Area Chamber of Commerce or retired.

Membership Dues: $25.00
Your membership dues fund the LWB Alumni Association Scholarship Program and LWB Alumni Social Activities. 

Payments: You may pay your Membership dues with cash, check or credit card. An invoice will be send to you by Chamber staff after you submit this form. 

Membership Term: June 2024-May 2025
