Thank you for your interest in ordering! I will try to respond to each request within 24-48 hours. Once I receive
this form, I will contact you to discuss details and pricing. Once all details are finalized I will then send you an invoice via email through Square. A deposit of half is required to book you order and can be paid through the invoice( your order will not be scheduled until the deposit is received).

PICK UP location and time will be listed on your invoice, according to the selection you make on the form. This date and time cannot be changed once we finalize details and an invoice is sent.

Note that completing this form you is NOT confirming your order, I must check availability and receive a deposit before your order is confirmed and you are placed on my books.

Note***      Once your order date and details are confirmed you will receive an invoice through Square where payments will be made. A non-refundable deposit of half is required at the time of booking. Your deposit must be received within 48 hours or your order will not be put on the calendar. Cancelations must be made before 14 days of pick up date in order to transfer your deposit to another open date. You will be allowed to transfer your deposit one time after the initial cancelation, any other transfers will result in an additional fee. If your cancelation is less than 14 days from the date of pick up, you may not transfer your deposit and it will be forfeited. *
