Specialist of technical support

We are expanding our team and looking for a technical support specialist.

We need a person who knows how to communicate with customers and is ready to help them in configuration of our devices. In 99% of cases we communicate with users through messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Instagram) and mail, sometimes we record short video messages about setting up this or that feature. If you wish, you can use video calls for online help. We would like to find a reliable and responsible person who will become part of our team and develop with us.

Main goals:
- help the user with the settings of devices;
- look for ways to solve problems that have arisen during the operation;
- diagnose possible malfunctions;
- inform about actions if it is necessary to repair the device;
- know and navigate in our technical documentation (knowledge base);
- In the absence of a description of the settings, be able to write a brief step-by-step instruction that will be added to the knowledge base.

We expect you:
- you have a technical and analytical mindset;
- you are fond of electric vehicles and you know theoretical foundations;
- you know how to remain calm and equanimity in communicating with the client;
- ready to take responsibility for decisions;
- you independently understand the technical documentation;
- you speak English;
- you write competently;
- familiar with our electronics (this will be a plus);
- You have experience in writing technical articles or instructions (this will be a plus).

Conditions:

- communication through the service in a browser or smartphone application (Android, iOS);
- expected workload at the initial stage of about 4 hours per day.
