Health and Safety:
All participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate in swimming and snorkeling activities. If you have any health conditions, please consult with your physician before joining the excursion.
It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to ensure the safety and well-being of their children throughout the trip.
Bad Weather Policy: - Boating is rain or shine events. In the event of very bad visibility or lightning, the skipper will or can abort or postpone the charter, then reschedule to the next available date or time. Safety is our priority.
- Singapore is geography close to the equator, rain can always occur partially over the region. Being on a yacht, we will be able to navigate as much around. However, a tropical shower will be fun, too.
Payment and Cancellation:
Full payment is required to secure your spot on the excursion. Payments are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by Happy Fish Swim School.
In the event of a cancellation by Happy Fish Swim School due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
Liability:Happy Fish Swim School and its associates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the excursion. Guests participate at their own risk.
Code of Conduct:All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, the crew, and the environment. Follow all instructions provided by the crew for safety and enjoyment.
Media Release:By participating in the excursion, guests consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes by Happy Fish Swim School.
Environmental Responsibility:We are committed to protecting the marine environment. Please adhere to all guidelines provided for responsible snorkelling and swimming to minimise our impact on marine life.
