Each month, the School Improvement Team would like to recognize a staff member as our Pivot Leader. The Pivot Leader Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate a positive yet realistic attitude during our pivot (this time of unforeseen circumstances, changes, and realities beyond our control). They have been a valued member of their team and the larger school staff by modeling leadership, resiliency, humility, and perseverance. The Pivot Leader invests in the school by being self reflective, working to better themselves, and understanding that things will go wrong, but they won't fall apart. They recognizes challenges and finds a way to move forward. Pivot Leaders are a unique source of positivity, strength, and humility in trying moments. They have powered the way for Silk Hope School through their example as they INVEST in students, BUILD community, and CREATE opportunities for growth.
