The festival’s organisation committee is a group of talented volunteers, who contribute their skills in whatever area they choose. Every year our festival attracts people from all over the world, but we do so with limited staff resources. Decisions are made at the grassroots level of the organisation. We are still looking for people that live near Tilburg (50km), but if you live abroad, you are also welcome to join our organisation.
