Please do not use titles on your dog's name. Always include prefix, suffix must be dropped if it exceeds character limit.
The dog's name must be under 25 characters. Plaques may not include slurs, inappropriate language, and/or the incorrect prefix/suffix. Themes or alluding are permitted but words that are profanity (sex, cunt, fuck, bastard) are not.
TRANSFERS: Dogs whom have previously earned a certificate are welcome to apply for the new plaque at any time, even after certificates are perma-stored on 1/1/2024.
