This form has to be filled by Project team leader - One form per team. Teams could be upto 5 members per team.

Registration fee SR 250 / team need to be submitted during first training session that will be held before the Science Mela for preparing the teams towards their final presentation. Date of training session will be advised after registration in sha Allah.
Top 3 projects will be awarded with prizes! The rest of the projects will be given participation certificates.
