This is the official form to sign-up to volunteer at River Jam. River Jam will occur on Friday, August 18th (as "Fringe Fest" at Shevenell Park) and Saturday, August 19th (full day at Mechanics Park). You may sign up for as many shifts as you would like. 12:30-4:30 p.m. Set-up street, tables, chairs, staging, & more

5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Set-up and then serve pie for the Pie-Luck

5:00 - 6:30 p.m. HOB volunteer/info booth

6:30 - 8:00 p.m. HOB volunteer/info booth

8:00 - close. Clean-up

8:00 am- 10:30 am Early Bird Set Up

10:30- 12:30 HOB Volunteer Tent & Welcome to Maine Booth

2:00 pm- 4:00 pm Try a Boat monitoring & line management @ Rummery's Boat Yard (NEED 2)

2-8:00 pm Directing Bands to Parking (PAID POSITION)

3:30- 4:30 Assisting vendor departure

2:30 - 5:00 p.m. HOB Volunteer Tent & Welcome Desk

9:00 - close. Clean up Crew

9:45- close HOB unloading crew (Meeting at HOB office to unload cars)

2:30- 4:00 pm Food Truck direction (NEED 2 MORE PEOPLE)

10:30 - 12:30 p.m. General set-up (FULL)

10:45- 11:15 River Cruise Line Management & ticketing (FULL)

11:00 - 12:00 pm Tiki Island Wet Obstacle Course & Slide monitoring (FULL)

Noon - 1 p.m. Tiki Island Wet Obstacle Course & Slide set-up (FULL)

Noon - 2:30 p.m. HOB Volunteer Tent & Welcome To Maine Booth (FULL)

12:30 to 1:00 River Cruise Line Management & Ticketing (FULL)

1:00 pm - 2 p.m. Tiki Island Wet Obstacle Course & Slide set-up (FULL)

2 p.m- 3:00 pm Tiki Island Wet Obstacle Course & Slide set-up (FULL)

3:00 pm-4:00 pm Tiki Island Wet Obstacle Course & Slide set-up (FULL)

3:00- 4:00 pm- Ice Run and Beer Garden Set Up (FULL)

3:30- 4:30 pm Beer Garden barricade and general set up (FULL)

4:15 - 6:45 p.m. Beer Garden Ticket Sales (not responsible for carding) (FULL)

6:45 - 9:00 p.m. Beer Garden Ticket Sales (not responsible for carding) (FULL)
