Our online form enables you to tailor your creation to your liking. Once finished, you'll receive a confirmation email and an invoice. Please note that FULL PAYMENT is required upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the cancellation of your customization order. We take pride in our made-to-order creations, and you should expect a 24-hour turnaround period within which we will send you proof of your customization. At Exquisite Creations, we only accept transactions through CashApp.

We will respond promptly to all request forms within 24 hours via email. Invoices will be sent via email to all customers. Drafts will be sent before the final product, providing you a chance to review the final product.
