We would like to kindly remind all our members that maintaining consistent personnel is essential for musical integrity. As scheduling conflicts do occasionally occur, we understand it may be necessary for a member to miss a rehearsal under extenuating circumstances (mandatory school events, school auditions and interviews, etc.) may be approved at the discretion of the SSYO by submitting this online Absence Request Form AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE REHEARSAL.

REMINDER: Family/personal event is only allowed to only one (1) absence in a Term.
