Children are defined as all children between the ages of 0-12 years old.
The qualifications of a RMD TEEN STAFF Volunteer
• Must be +5 years older than the age group you are volunteering to help but under the age of 18.
• Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Want to share your faith with youth
The responsibilities of a volunteer are:
• Be responsible for youth in your care
• Accompany youth to activities and be willing to help or participate
• Assist youth in developing a relationship with Christ and with others
• Your personal cell phone is for your use only
• Due to the sensitivity of some youth’s home life we ask that no pictures be posted on any personal Social Media showing their faces.
After the application is received volunteers will receive a confirmation and required screening material via email. Each applicant must also have Pastor Recommendation Form and 2 References Forms. Links for these forms will be sent via the emails listed in the application. (Note: Pastor recommendation forms and personal reference forms and volunteer applications are valid for ONLY 2 years)
Volunteers 16+ must have a completed child abuse prevention training program certificate (within the last 2 years). The link for this training will be sent to you via email.
TEEN STAFF Volunteers must bring a signed Parent Waiver Form for each event that they are volunteering for.
