1. Capacity building to CBOs, FBOs, SMEs to impart skills in research, records management, proposal writing, and monitoring and evaluation of their interventions or programs
2. Community support to boost their income-generating activities and fight poverty. Entrepreneurship skills, practical skills, business management skills such prepare business plans, monitoring business performance through business accounting, access to markets and financing
3. Basket fund to support general research activities to support the government of Tanzania to identify vulnerable communities that need support. Areas may include but not limited to public health, poverty, business environment, etc
