* sign the Hold Harmless Waiver for 2021 (link to form at the end of registration)
* submit payment for your plot.
you can mail a check, or pay cash to Program Manager Diane Palm. Checks should be made out to La Crescent Community Garden. Mailing address: La Crescent Community Garden, 333 Main St., La Crescent, MN 55947. Payment and signed waiver form is due by April 24, 2021.
