  • $300/booth
  • Outdoor Booths Only for 2024, approximately 12 X 12. If you need additional space, please call Tim Ezell, 903-388-0421
  • Participants are to supply their own generators for power, canopy, signage, table, chair, table covering, extension cords or other necessary equipment.  
  • No tobacco, alcohol, explosives or item of any offensive nature may be sold or displayed. 
  • Booths move out after sale on Friday, April 12 unless other arrangements are requested
  • Onsite electricity is available on a first come, first serve at a rate of $30/day paid directly to the Leon County Expo (for a 30 or 50 amp hookup). Contact Brenda Shaw at the Expo for more details. 903-390-8313.

Vendors agree to assume all risk of loss, injury damage or theft of any kind or nature to any exhibit, merchandise or component thereof during the course of the event. Vendor agrees to assume all liability for damage to property, person or persons arising from accidental or other cause’s incidental to movement and operation of the exhibit area and releases the Leon County Youth Livestock Show, Inc. from any liability. Vendor agrees to remove all materials, equipment and debris from the property at the conclusion of the event.
