Please complete this form if you are interested in registering your child (who is 4 years of by September 1, 2020) for Oakridge Pre School.  If you are enrolled in Head Start please do not enroll in this pre school.  All pre school programs in Oakridge will be located in the Westridge Early Learning Center (Westridge School).
