Notes:
1.  Students, please discuss course selections with your parents, and ask a parent/guardian to electronically sign this form before submitting.  
2.  If you'd like to make changes to your course selections, you will be able to request changes in fall 2024 when school begins.
3.  Please keep in mind that if you are not placed in your first choice courses when you receive your schedule in the fall, it is due to a master schedule conflict.  Please help us by selecting back up elective choices below.

5.   During the 2024/2025 school year, any course in the Course Guide may become virtual to provide safe continuation of education in the event of students not being able to safely attend school.
