The Declaration of Intent will be posted online for our current CPCS families and will be available to complete from December 1 – December 31, 2023.   The Declaration of Intent will inform the school of your intentions for the 2024-2025 school year and assist in setting up the lottery process.  This will be a two-step process for some families.  In addition to the Declaration of Intent, the lottery application MUST be completed for siblings who do not currently attend CPCS so that they can be identified in the wait list system.
 
STEP #1 - This must be completed for all students who currently attend CPCS who wish to reserve their space for the 2024-2025 school year.  This also includes any sibling wait listed student, and/or incoming kindergarten siblings of current CPCS students.  Only one form per family is requested.  *Please note: If this form is NOT received by December 31, 2023, you are relinquishing your space at CPCS.

STEP #2 – *Important* In addition to the Declaration of Intent, a lottery application should also be submitted for any siblings currently on the sibling wait list, and/or incoming kindergarten sibling of the current CPCS students.  Link to the lottery can be found on the CPCS website.
