This was the first year that we used the Family Formation program.  We will be taking what we learned this year and the feedback from these surveys to improve next year.  We will need a larger Family Formation Team to deliver an improved program next year.  If you would like to help improve the program, leave your name and email in this box to join the Family Formation Team for the upcoming year.  You can also recommend someone for the FF Team by putting their name and contact information below.

Based on your family's experience, would you recommend we that we keep our Sacramental preparation program as it is, using the Signs of Grace curriculum with parents teaching it all at home using the online platform.  Or do we stop using Signs of Grace and create an extra classroom during the monthly Family Formation Gathering.  Families will still have sacramental preparation homework to do together each month, created by the same people who created Family Formation.
