The undersigned acknowledges all performances for Momentum Challenge, Momentum Moves Canada Inc. and its affiliates, (hereafter referred to as the « Momentum Challenge ») shall be at his or her own risk and hereby releases and discharges Momentum Moves Canada Inc., its owner(s), officers, directors, agents, franchises, franchisor or employees from any liability, claims, demands, injury, damage, action or cause of action whatsoever, which may result from the use of the services or facilities of Momentum Moves Canada Inc. on premises where the same or any and all acts of Momentum Moves Canada Inc., its officers, directors, agents, franchisees, franchisor or employers may be rendered or carried out pursuant to this agreement.
