This form is for pick up on Wednesday, May 19, 2021.

First: Sign into the BES Media Catalog and place books on hold.  Students can find the Media Catalog in the Student eClass Portal.  Holds must be placed by Wednesday at 8:00AM to be ready for pick up on Wednesday. As a reminder, if a student places a hold on a book that is "out", it will not be available immediately. The student will be placed in a que to check out the book once it is returned by the previous student.  

Second: Very Important! Please sign up for a pick up time on this form. Pick up times are available from 10:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm-5:00pm.

Students may hold and check out up to 5 books.  The due date is 21 days from the check out date.  Ready holds will be held for 21 days.

Wednesdays will be online students' curbside check out/pick up day.

Students who would like to return Media Center or classroom books can do so on these dates.

Teachers may ask parents to pick up classroom books for them as well.  Please be sure to fill out this form to let us know you are coming.

Parents and students will pick up and drop off books curbside at the front of the school in the bus lane.  When you arrive, please call the phone number on the sign to let us know you are here. Parents will remain in the vehicle for the entire process.
