By completing this form you agree to the following:

I hereby give Gypsealust and its owner the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs/videos that they have taken of me to:

a) Copyright the photos/videos in Gypsealust and its owner's name
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and; I hereby release and discharge Gypsealust and its owner from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of photographs including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

Gypsealust and its owner retains all copyrights to all images/videos created in relation to this agreement.

I fully understand and agree to all the terms listed above and in this form. This agreement holds no expiration date and will continue to be active.
