Travis High School Student Laptop Request
If your student has been quarantined and you do not have a laptop for them to use at home, please complete the form below.  Additionally, the parent/guardian must complete the laptop agreement in Skyward (go to the Travis HS website and click on "Skyward Family Access").  

You will be contacted by the THS Library once you have completed this form and the laptop agreement.  

IMPORTANT:  laptop check-outs are for only two weeks at a time and must be returned at the end of two weeks. Also, we have not been given any hotspots to check out at this time.
