As part of an ongoing agreement with the template creator and Smark, I agree that the minimum price for the products offered must be L$50.

I agree that I, the partner, can dictate the pricing of the product on sale as long as it meets the original threshold required by the above statement.

I agree to the terms of the revenue split between Smark Tees and myself of 80% to the partner and 20% to Smark Tees, and also understand that the arrangement can be changed if required, which will be given with a 30-day notice period.

I agree that Smark reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time for whatever reason may be given.

I agree that Smark retains full rights to the use of my branding and consent to any designs being distributed, as long as agreed upon by myself, to any distribution channel of Smarks choosing.

I understand that I am agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions, I understand that before partnership is accepted, Smark reserves the right to have final say over the agreement and can reject the application.
