Revive Experience Gift Eligibility *

In order to be eligible for this gift and entry into our 4-week program, you MUST:

- You MUST be a professional woman. This could mean running your own business or being an executive.

- You MUST participate with an accountability pod of 3-5 professional women, including you. You will be more likely to succeed when you partner with buddies who can offer accountability and support. We are so committed to your success that we couldn't possibly ignore those odds! Any professional mothers you invite to your group will need to complete their application before the deadline.

- You MUST commit to the program throughout its duration. This program doesn't work without your commitment. Your time investment during the program will be 15 minutes a day, 1 hour weekly heart to heart session, 30 minute check-in meetings with your accountability pod group each week.

If you are interested in applying, but are unavailable or ineligible during the next cohort dates, you can still submit an application and email wecare@blancavergara.com that you'd like to be added to our waiting list. We'll keep your application on file and you'll be notified as soon as enrollment opens back up.
