Little Sprouts Science Club - Sensational Cells: Amoeba to Zebra WAITLIST
Thank you for your interest in Sensational Cells: Amoeba to Zebra with Ms. Beth! This class is full but please complete the registration form to be added to our waitlist. This a drop-off group for ages 5-9 that explores the world around us using a variety of hands-on activities and a secular approach. It  meets on Tuesdays, starting August 8, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and ends on May 21, 2024.  Your scientist will need to bring snack, lunch, and a drink to class. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted and asked to submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Contact Ms. Beth at acorntooaklearning@gmail.com with any questions!

This is a 36 class series. The cost of the series is $30/class, billed at a flat-rate of $108 on a monthly basis and is payable via Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or ACH deposit. There is a one-time supply fee of $40 per child.

By signing my name below, I acknowledge the following attendance & payment policies: 1) Class will follow Dekalb County Public School System's calendar and inclement weather closures. 2) Should Ms. Beth have to cancel class due to illness, she will provide as much notice as possible via email and will make the best effort to provide a makeup class. 3) We ask that all children be fever & symptom free for a minimum of 24 hours before attending class following an illness. 4) Payment is due on the first day of the month. After the 5th, there is a late fee of $5.00. If delayed beyond the 10th of the month without communication of plan for payment, it may interfere with continuation of participation in the group. 5) Should the need arise, a courtesy 30-day notice is requested before withdrawing your child from class. *
