Annual Membership Rules for Highspace Coworking Space (Valid from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024):

PRICE : 199€ per YEAR

1. Membership Validity:

   • The annual membership is valid from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

2. Visit Allocation:

   • Members are entitled to visit the coworking space up to three times per calendar month.

3. Booking and Reservation:

   • Visits must be booked and reserved in advance through the designated booking system or platform provided by the coworking space.

4. Unused Visits:

   • Unused visits within a given month cannot be carried over to the following month.

5. Access Hours:

   • Members can access the coworking space during regular operating hours as specified by the coworking facility.

6. Additional Visits:

   • If a member exceeds the allocated three visits in a month, additional visits may be subject to a fee or can be arranged based on the coworking space's policies.

7. Membership Transfers:

   • Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named in the membership agreement.

8. Membership Termination:

   • The coworking space reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates the terms and conditions or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

9. Membership Renewal:

   • Members will have the option to renew their annual membership at the end of the term in accordance with the coworking space's renewal policies and pricing.

10. Notification of Changes:

    • Members will be notified in advance of any changes to the terms and conditions of their annual membership.

11. Payment and Refund Policy:

    • Annual membership fees are due in full upon registration and are non-refundable, except as otherwise specified in the coworking space's refund policy.

12. Conduct and Respect:

    • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to the coworking space's code of conduct.

13. Facility Rules:

    • Members must comply with all rules and guidelines established by the coworking space regarding facility usage, cleanliness, and security.
