We're looking for volunteers to fill the following roles. Please let us know what you think you can reasonably help out with.

Greeter (maintains the welcome table, offers information about the different aspects of the event, sells raffle tickets)

Audiovisuals (manages media/tech, facilitates Powerpoint slides, etc.)

Photographer (takes event photos)

Setting up for the event (arrive at 6:15pm)

Breaking down after the event (stay until 9:30 or 10pm)

We are extremely grateful to anyone who can offer their services for this event! All organizers are assumed to be working a on volunteer basis, which means (unfortunately) we can't compensate, but obviously attendance to the event will be completely free and hopefully you might enjoy viewing some of the presentations!
