MUSIC
Three selections.  One selection must be in swing style.  The styles of the other two selections are at the discretion of the director.  Please provide three (3) original scores for each selection to be performed.  Duplicated scores will be accepted with proof of ownership of an original score.
ADJUDICATION
Three judges (brass, rhythm, woodwinds) will be adjudicating the festival; written comments and scores will be provided.  Each ensemble will have 45 minutes to set up/tear down, perform their selections and receive an on-stage clinic by the festival adjudicators.

AWARDS
Outstanding performance awards will be presented to individual instrumentalists and ensemble sections.
RECORDING SERVICES
Each ensemble will receive a free "room recording" of their performance.  A "multi-track recording" that can be remixed and mastered at your discretion is available for an additional fee.

FEE & DEADLINES
Early Bird Registration by January 14 - $175
Registration after January 17 to March 18 - $200
Late Registration after March 21 - $225

Send payment (made payable to Southeastern Louisiana University) to the address below.  Festival confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.  Detailed information including health & safety protocols, performance time, ensemble seating chart, maps, clinicians and more will be sent via email and USPS prior to the festival.
