Welcome to Agile Explorations' Expedition Smell Test!

This tool helps to identify agility issues on your team. It's based on the nine maxims found in Agile Explorations' Explorer's Handbook. Each maxim (each main section in the assessment) has "smells" indicating whether you are doing too little or too much of that maxim. These are the pain points you might experience while on your journey. Rate the degree to which each smell is an issue for your team.

IMPORTANT: This tool is the start of a conversation, not a definitive measure of agility. It's intended to be used by a team for their own purposes. The use of this tool by leadership to assess teams is not recommended. It could easily lead to poor results and unintended consequences.
