Hall of Honor Nomination Form
Deadline for 2023 Nominations is May 31, 2023. Nomination forms will be retained for future consideration if the nominee is not selected.
Nominated individuals that are not selected for induction in a given year will remain on the ballot for five (5) years. After the five year period, an individual must be nominated again to remain on the ballot.
QUALIFICATIONS
A) Individuals will be considered as nominees for the Hall of Honor only after five years have passed since their graduation from high school. Employees are eligible at the conclusion of their employment with the Littlestown Area School District. Special consideration may be granted for those with 20 or more years of employment, if they are still active.
B) The nominee must have a history of good character
C) The following guidelines will be considered for nomination:
Alumni
Must have graduated from Littlestown Area School District and attended Littlestown Area School District for at least 2 years of their education career
Demonstrated significant achievement in at least one of the following areas:
Humanities/Arts
Science and Math
Education
Business
Technology & Engineering
Contribution to Health, Welfare, or human rights of local, state, national, or international community
Athletics
A student who has achieved recognition at the national, state, or district level, or who has won a championship at the national, state, or district levels, or who has been dominant during his/her period of competition.
A Littlestown graduate who has achieved intercollegiate prominence in a collegiate field.
Administrator/Teacher/Coach/Staff
An employee who contributed immeasurably to the Littlestown Area School District.
Other
An individual who has contributed immeasurably to the Littlestown Area School District. This person need not be a Littlestown graduate or resident.
A Group of students/team that have demonstrated extraordinary achievement while students of Littlestown Area School District or as Alumni.
