NYC School Library System's Alexandria Library Pilot Commitment Form

Congratulations! Your school library has been invited to participate in an Automation Pilot with Alexandria Library Management. This pilot will provide data to guide the New York City School Library System’s efforts in improving library services for all students and advocating for the importance of school library programs. 

Please complete this form, even if you are not interested in participating in the pilot. There will be a place where you can indicate that.
