Each individual adult participant (or the parent/guardian of each youth participant) should complete one registration form.
Meet up 12 noon at BiCiCo West Community Bike Shop, 616 New Park Ave, West Hartford, and roll out by 12:15 pm
OR meet us around 12:30pm at Norfeldt Park (north side of Park Road) for a family-friendly 2-mile section of the Trout Brook Trail

I am at least 18 years old (or I am the parent/guardian of a youth participant listed above) and understand that bicycling accidents can and do occur, and sometimes cause serious and permanent injuries, despite all reasonable care. I voluntarily agree to release Bike West Hartford Inc. (including its volunteers and other co-sponsors) from all claims and liabilities (including those based on negligence and carelessness) for this free event, including the group bicycle ride, safety instruction, training, repairs, and any related indoor or outdoor activity.
Also,  the participant will properly use a helmet when riding a bicycle during this event.
Also, I voluntarily grant Bike West Hartford Inc. (and its volunteers and co-sponsors) the power to authorize medical treatment for the participant during this event.
