2024 Hopkins Cruisers Big Wheels Races Volunteer Signup Sheet July 20th 8am-12:30pm

Thank you so much for stepping up to help! We are hoping we can recruit Parents/Relatives, Hopkins Cruisers, Raspberry Royalty, Raspberry Staff and Meals on Wheels staff to fill these amazing roles this year. We will contact those who have been selected from this list once we receive enough volunteers to fill these roles, then signup will be closed.

Volunteer Window is Saturday July 20th 2024 8am-12:30

We need you to be at our Big Wheels for Hot Meals Races to HELP:

1.) Setup our race course. 3 needed

2.) Greet little newcomers and parents, help them line up and sign up then show them where to wait and answer any questions about the Big wheels Races as you can. 3 needed

3.) We need help guiding little racers around the track during the races. 3 needed

4.) Trophy and Big Wheel Prize determination and Presentation. 3 needed

5.) Post event cleanup and clearance. 3 needed

Then help us call out winners of those races to come back to race in the next round.
